Amanda is an experienced Hand Therapist/Physiotherapist with over 20 years’ experience.
She completed her bachelor of physiotherapy in Otago and has worked as a physiotherapist overseas with rewarding clinical and travel experiences.
Amanda has worked in private practice as a Hand Therapist since 2006, practising mostly in the Waikato before moving to Northland with her family 5 years ago.
Amanda works part-time as a Hand Therapist and the rest of the time she is helping run her family’s Beef Farm on the edge of the Kaipara Harbour, which involves calf rearing, lamb rearing, drafting out the finished cattle and wrangling their team of Huntaway dogs!
When the farm work is done, she enjoys Fishing, Hiking, Vege Gardening and time at the beach.
Her special interests include Hand and Finger fractures and wrist injuries.
